We work hard to ensure that the MS Support Centre is a very warm and welcoming place. You will meet a large number of people who have MS and other neurological conditions - some walking, some who use wheelchairs - but all of whom are happy to chat about their particular experiences and pass on any tips about particular ways they manage their condition. This mutual support is one of the major strengths of the MS Support Centre. Equally important is the wide range of therapies that are available to members. We encourage you to take advantage of as many as you feel comfortable with - the cost of all therapies is subsidised by the Centre. But along with any physical improvement or stabilisation amongst people with a neurological condition, there is the feeling of regaining control over your life. As our logo states “self help is our way of action’ - and it works.
