We work hard to ensure that the MS Support Centre is a very warm and welcoming place for everyone.
Many carers benefit from our services when they are bringing their loved ones to use the centre, equally many carers are able to benefit from the opportunity of having some much needed time to themselves in which to shop, meet friends or work, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is in a safe and happy environment. We recognise that a healthy and motivated Carer will be able to fulfil their caring role more effectively than one who is unhealthy and de-motivated, and by providing Carers with access to relief time and respite we acknowledge the importance of their caring role.
At the centre you will be able to meet other carers and members as well as our staff to share a chat over coffee and have the opportunity to make friends with people who are in similar situations. We often hear from our members and their carers how important the opportunity to meet other people who understand how you are feeling is.
